Introducing the second of the botanical lace designs...
This design was created by layering hand drawn botanical illustrations and then scanning them to create a digital template. I then use this template by printing it out and placing it over the black paper, where I then cut each piece by hand. It heavily features fern leaves, umbelliferae, wheat and oak leaves creating a bold image. This delicate and intricate paper cut is ready to frame or place over other artwork or imagery to create a stunning display. Why not place it over your favourite photograph and have your memories framed within!
This paper cut piece is created using jet black paper and is A4 in size. This would easily fit into a standard of the shelf frame (such as the IKEA RIBBA series) and comes gift wrapped for free!
